The question banks are already on the desk. This is the other book: sixty days, ten minutes a day, from the Bhagavad Gita. It promises no marks, and says so. For class 9 and 10, in English. One spread a day: a moment from the Gita, one small thing to do, and lines to write what happened.

The question banks are already on the desk. This book does a different job. It asks for ten minutes a day, for sixty days: a short reading from the Bhagavad Gita, one small thing to do, and a few lines about what happened.
The Gita does not open with an answer. Its first chapter ends with a great archer on a chariot, his bow thrown down. The sixty days start there, and they are built to end on the morning of the first paper. The aim, in the book’s own words to the person who buys it, is “a student who can sit down and begin on a hard day.”
Every day is one spread. The left page is the moment from the Gita. The right page belongs to the student: what it means, one small thing to do today, and lines to write on, under a plain instruction — “Not how the day felt. What actually happened when you did it.”
At the front of the book is a map of sixty shapes. One is filled in for every day the ten minutes got done, and it is the only scoreboard in the book. A day will be missed; the book says so itself. Its one rule is not two in a row — and if two go by anyway, nothing is cancelled.
That page tells you plainly what the book does and what it does not. And the first page says whose it is. It reads “This book, and what is written in it, belongs to”, with a line for a name.
It asks for ten minutes a day: one short reading, one small action, and a few lines about what happened. It does not promise marks. No honest book can.
