There is no CD and no download code. The listening audio plays through the free Lengaki app, and the QR code is printed on the exam page itself — scan it, open JLPT → N5 Mock Test 1 → 聴解, and the audio runs in exam order with the real pauses.

We would rather you knew that now than discovered it in the middle of a timed paper. The app is free to install and the mock audio does not cost anything.

Can I return or replace it?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or damaged book: we replace it free — send a photo within 48 hours. A book missing from the box: send a photo or video of the opened parcel within 48 hours and we send it. Sealed, unopened pack: refund or replacement. Opened books can't be returned for a change of mind, and eBooks and audio can't be refunded.

How do I cancel my order?
