Yes. The book is written for online businesses of 1 to 10 people, and for people about to start one. The opening 3 chapters explain CEO basics in plain words, and there is a full chapter called "Before you start". A scorecard at the front of the book tells you which chapter to start with.
What are the 23 videos?
13 chapter videos, one per chapter: the chapter's big idea and its lesson from a well-known CEO, told with drawings. And 10 AI workflow videos that show the work on screen. For example, meeting notes to an action list, or an SOP from a voice note. The voice-over is in English. Each video plays from the QR on its page in the book.
Which apps do the videos use? What if I use different ones?
No single app. The videos show made-up screens of four kinds of tool: a chat AI, a sheet app, a form and a business chat app. Use whatever you already have: the QR page under each video lists the apps that do the same job today, with the date checked. No tool prices are in the book, because prices change.
Will this book increase my income?
