• Two minutes, in the morning — One line under Work, one under Home, one under Me. Then circle the one that still happens if today falls apart. Only one.
• Four minutes, that night — What went well, how the day felt, one honest line. Then the book asks whether the one you circled actually happened.
• Every seventh day — Shade three bars for where the week really went. After a month the shortest bar stops being a surprise and starts being a decision.
